Hi Mr.Yoon, 1. What is the probability of this situation? 2. At our site, we can't reproduce this problem. 3. In Attdaemon, it uses 'input text xxxxxx' command to input CITIZEN-NUMBER and LOGIN-NUMBER instead of inputting authentication data character by character. 4. Could you try to reproduce it in non-skb network? skb network: internet and multicast(IPTV) are available non-skb network: internet is available and multicast(IPTV) is not available |

Hi Mr. Bcan Yeh, I answerd as follows. 1. What is the probability of this situation? -> We have 2 samples that SKB sent for review this issue. SKB found some product during the test. It happened 100 % with both 2 samples. But I never saw this issue with other samples. 2. At our site, we can't reproduce this problem. -> It happened only 2 samples that SKB factory sent to us. 3. In Attdaemon, it uses 'input text xxxxxx' command to input CITIZEN-NUMBER and LOGIN-NUMBER instead of inputting authentication data character by character. -> I can input login-number by RCU after issue happen. After login-number input by RCU, STB worked well. 4. Could you try to reproduce it in non-skb network? -> Our office use SKB network only. So we cannot test it. But I will try to make it. And the STBs have the issue is secured B'd. We have some restriction to debug it. Is there any method to dump data on eMMC ? If yes, then we will dump it and send to you. |

Hi Mr.Yoon, 1. Does the 100% means that you can reproduce this problem in each test? 2. Do you complete ATT test on any one of 2 samples? It will factoryReset at the end and please check if the missing LOGIN-NUMBER problem exists or not. 3. If the problem exists after factoryReset, please update the box with SD fw and check again. 4. You can use 'adb bugreport' to collect debug information. |

Note: There are 2 workarounds: 1. Input the LOGIN-NUMBER character by character instead of using "input text" command 2.
